חיבור העוסק ביתרונות השחיטה ההלכתית על פני השחיטה המקובלת אצל הטבחים הרוסים. מלווה שני איורים: "מקום פגימת חוט השדרה ע"י הדקירה בעורף הבהמה לפי האופן הרוסי" ו"פלח גלגלת של שור שנהרג על ידי הדקירה". שער נוסף ברוסית.
