קיצור פסקי הלכות לפי סדר א"ב. כל חלק כולל את כל סדר הא"ב. המחבר היה רבה של דובניצה, שבבולגריה, בשנת תק"ע חכם ועלה לארץ ישראל והתיישב בעיר צפת, נפטר בשנת תקע"א ונקבר בצפת.
בשער, כיתוב בעלים: קניתיו מיד רב יצחק מצרי לעבודת מלכי, הצעיר שאול כאסכי ס״ט.
