Important signatures on the book's title page, from three countries: Germany, Italy and Jerusalem:

"The L-rd has also blessed me with this, signed Avraham, son of the sacred and pious Rabbi Eliezer ... may his blood be avenged." Rabbi Avraham was a son of Rabbi Eliezer b"r Yitzchak Mazy"a, who was killed in the sanctification of Hashem's Name in 1563.

"The earth and all that is in it are Hashem's. Achi"m - This is Rabbi Avraham Chai Mussafiah, son of the gaon Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak Mussafiah, author of Shu"t Chaim VaChessed, whose words are cited in this book. Rabbi Avraham Chaim was a Jerusalem native who was one of the prominent rabbis in Sfialato. He founded the Shevet Achi"m yeshivah in Jerusalem, and authored Tehillah L'David (Livorno, 1867).

"The earth and all that is in it are Hashem's, mazal tov, Modena, disciple of Rabbi Yishmael HaKohen, author of Shu"t Zera Emet and successor to the rabbinate of Modena, Italy. He participated in the Paris 'Sanhedrin' in 1806.

Handwritten glosses on the first page.

166 leaves, 30 cm. The spine of the binding is old antique leather with gilt decorations. Several leaves have worming perforations. With this exception, the book is in excellent condition.
