Rolled scroll with the Russian alphabet throughout the generation. Each segment begins with one letter of the Russian alphabet as it is written today, flanked by its historic variations, and the ancient form of the letter. Various religious sentences appear between each letter in ancient Russian script. The scroll was published under the initiative of Alexander Ouspensky, head of the Archeology Institute in Moscow in 1908.
We have not been able to locate copies of this item in any library worldwide.
