Letter Signed by the Admo"r of Shidlovtza Mentioning Rabbi Kook! Poland, 1930s
Interesting and very rare letter on a postcard from the last Admo" r of Shidlovtza, who was murdered in the Holocaust, Rabbi Chaim Yisrael Shalom Yekutiel Rabinowitz.
In his letter, the Admo" r implores his relative who lives in the Land of Israel  to send his nephew authorization to immigrate to the Land of Israel, and that this matter is close to his heart, and he will be forever grateful. He notes that he has already written two letters on this matter to R' Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook, shlit" a, and to the gaon Rabbi Ya'akov Moshe Charlop, as well as a letter to the gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna.
For a brief biography of the Admo" r of Shidlovtza, Rabbi Yisrael Chaim Yekutiel Rabinowitz, refer to the Hebrew catalog text.
[1] leaf.
Very fine condition.
