Medal commemorating the coronation of King Edward VII England 1902 - Judaica / Zionism
Coined by the English Zionist Federation (The English Zionist Federation)
Face: relief portrait of King Edward VII and his wife Alexandra. Above it is the inscription: "Edward VII King and Emperor and Queen Alexandra 17th. In his day and in our day Yehuda will be saved." The relief is signed: "R.N."
Back: A relief of the Israelites looking towards the Promised Land, an angel above them with a halo in the shape of the Star of David pointing towards the Land of Israel which is shown in the form of the old settlement, a kibbutz or settlement with palm trees (a symbol of the Kingdom of Judah) that cultivate the land and above a rising sun with the inscription Zion. And above rises the inscription "And there is hope after you"
