5 pages in the Holy Handwriting of the Divine Kabbalist Rabbi Yehuda Fatiyah, zt"l.
Before us are 5 leaves [8 pages] in a beautiful and uniform Eastern handwriting (half cursive) - in the holy handwriting of the great kabbalist Rabbi Yehuda Fatiyah. These pages contain profound insights in Kabbalah regarding the 'Derushim HaTzelem' (insights on the image of God). The pages also include erasures, corrections, and notes in the margins.

It is known and well-publicized by books and scholars that the handwritten manuscripts of great rabbis of Israel - in all subjects - served throughout the generations as charms for protection and success. Rare indeed are the handwritten manuscripts of the great kabbalist of his generation, known for his extensive use of practical Kabbalah and the writing of amulets (as appears in his books extensively).

The Kabbalist Rabbi Yehuda Moshe Yeshua Fatiyah (Baghdad, 1859 – Jerusalem, 1942): One of the important and great Kabbalists of the previous generation. Born in Baghdad, he was the outstanding disciple of Maran Rabbi Yosef Chaim of Baghdad, author of 'Ben Ish Chai', in Kabbalah. At the age of 17, he was ordained as a rabbi and halachic authority Rabbi Abdallah Somekh. In 5694, he ascended to Israel and settled in Jerusalem until his last day.

Rabbi Fatiyah used to perform 'Tikkunei Nefesh' (spiritual corrections) for the deceased and the possessed. For this purpose, he spoke with the evil spirits that were rolling inside the sick person to remove them from the body using unique and holy names to fix them, according to Kabbalah. He was also knowledgeable in the interpretation of dreams, and many sought his guidance in opening their dreams to receive blessings from him.
During the Holocaust, he regularly prayed the midnight prayers at the Tomb of Rachel. His fundamental books in Kabbalah are foundational in the field of the secrets of Torah, with his main book being 'Minchat Yehuda.'
